Pillow covers are cut roughly 1" smaller than standard insert size for a snug fit and fuller aesthetic.

We offer worldwide shipping, through the US Postal Service (USPS) and we also offer the added option of UPS or DHL
We offer USPS First Class mail arrival within 3-5 business days as well as USPS Priority Mail arrival within 1-3 business days which includes tracking.
**Please Note: You will NOT receive a tracking number if USPS First Class MAIL is selected. This is the least expensive option and like a stamped envelope, does not include tracking**
USPS Priority Mail International - Arrival within 1-8 weeks. Customs and receiving postal processing times will vary.

If for any reason you are unhappy with the quality of your order or believe your product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged – please contact us so that we may begin the exchange process.
If you decide you no longer want an item that is handmade or made-to-order, the amount can be returned to you as a House of Nambili Gift Card by email.
To begin the exchange/Gift Card process, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Photographic evidence of the production error or shipping damage must be provided. Dependent upon the defective issue with your product, we will request you to ship the merchandise to us. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and are full responsibility of the customer.
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
