RE:FRAME Chair Giveaway — Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The RE:FRAME Chair Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by House of Nambili LLC, Douglasville, Georgia (“Sponsor”).
2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins October 7, 2026 and ends October 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (“Giveaway Period”).
Entries received after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Georgia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who are able to pick up the prize in Douglasville, Georgia.
Employees and contractors of House of Nambili LLC and members of their immediate households are not eligible to enter.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. How to Enter
During the Giveaway Period, complete and submit the official RE:FRAME Chair Giveaway entry form.
Limit one entry per person.
No purchase, payment, donation, workshop registration, newsletter subscription, social-media follow, or attendance at any event or sales presentation is required to enter or win.
Signing up for The Nambili Edit or requesting the RE:FRAME #GoodBones 60 Second Checklist is optional and will not affect an entrant's chances of winning.
Incomplete, duplicate, automated, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.
5. Prize
One winner will receive one custom upholstered chair RE:FRAMED by niCo Robinson of House of Nambili.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $150.
The prize is awarded as-is. The prize is nontransferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash.
The winner is responsible for picking up the chair in Douglasville, Georgia at a mutually agreed-upon time. Shipping and delivery are not included.
6. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
Every eligible entry will have an equal opportunity to be selected.
7. Winner Selection
One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The drawing will take place on Friday, October 16, 2026.
8. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number provided with their entry.
The potential winner must respond within 24 hours of the initial notification.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time, declines the prize, does not meet the eligibility requirements, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may randomly select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.
9. Publicity
With the winner's separate permission, House of Nambili may share the winner's first name, photograph and/or images of the prize in connection with the Giveaway.
Permission to use a winner's name or likeness for promotional purposes is not required to enter or win.
10. Privacy
Information submitted through the Giveaway entry form will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility and contact the potential winner.
Entrants will receive marketing communications from House of Nambili only if they separately choose to subscribe.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to tamper with the entry process, submits fraudulent or duplicate entries, or otherwise violates these Official Rules.
If circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control prevent the Giveaway from being conducted as intended, Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.
Sponsor's decisions regarding administration of the Giveaway and determination of the winner are final.
12. Social Media & Platform Disclaimer
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, Google, YouTube, Women of Douglasville, or Sankofa Wellness.
By participating, entrants understand that they are providing their information to House of Nambili LLC, not to any of the platforms or organizations listed above.
13. Agreement to Official Rules
By entering the RE:FRAME Chair Giveaway, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood and agree to these Official Rules.
