A: House of Nambili has been providing high-quality upholstery and furniture services for over 7 years.

Q: Do you offer in-home consultations?
A: Yes, in-home consultations are available by appointment to help clients visualize the finished product and select the best designs. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a fee.

Q: Do you offer a warranty on your services?
A: Yes, all services come with a one-year warranty to ensure satisfaction and quality.

Q: Can you work with a fabric that I provide?
A: Yes, we are happy to work with client-provided fabrics. Please bring your fabric at least two weeks before the start of your project to allow us to inspect it for suitability. We can also assist with fabric selection if needed.

Q: How long does the process take?
A: The timeframe varies depending on the complexity of the project and current workload. Typically, projects take 4-6 weeks, and we’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

Q: Do you offer pickup and delivery services?
A: Yes, pickup and delivery services are available within a 20-mile radius for an additional fee. Contact us for more information.

Q: How do I cancel an order?
A: Orders can be canceled within the first 12 hours of being placed. After that time, they are processed and either being made or prepared for shipment.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: House of Nambili does not offer refunds, but if there is a manufacturing defect or damage, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photographic evidence. Exchanges or a gift card can be issued upon review. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, and shipping charges are non-refundable.
