When Will My Order Ship?

Our products are made to order. Handmade items are usually constructed and shipped within 5-7 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted. Apparel, tote bags, mugs and phone cases are processed and shipped within 1-3 weeks - due to COVID-19, longer than normal processing and shipping times can be expected.

 

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Shipping times vary - we ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. Items in stock ship 1 - 3 business days. Orders placed over the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day. We offer worldwide shipping, through the US Postal Service (USPS) and we also offer the your choice of UPS or DHL.

US Shipping: We offer USPS First Class mail arrival within 3-5 business days and USPS Priority Mail arrival within 1-3 business days both of which include tracking.

Please note, due to COVID-19, longer than normal shipping times can be expected.

International Shipping: USPS Priority Mail International - Arrival within 1-8 weeks. Customs and receiving postal processing times will vary.

 

How Do I Cancel An Order?

Orders may be cancelled within the first 12 hours after an order is placed. After that, your item have most likely been processed and are being prepared for shipment. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but pride ourselves on prompt service, this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible.

 

What Is Your Return Policy?

House of Nambili stands behind the products we create. If for any reason you are unhappy with the quality of your order or believe your product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged – please contact us so that we may begin the exchange process.

NO REFUNDS.

If you decide you no longer want an item that is handmade or made-to-order, the amount can be returned to you as a House of Nambili Gift Card by email.

To begin the exchange/Gift Card process, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Photographic evidence of the production error or shipping damage must be provided. Depending on the defective issue with your product, we will request you to ship the merchandise back to us. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Shipping charges are non-refundable and are full responsibility of the customer.
