A: House of Nambili offers upholstery, furniture repair, and flipping services.

Q: How long has House of Nambili been in business?
A: House of Nambili has been in business for 7 years, providing high-quality upholstery and furniture services to clients.

Q: Do you offer in-home consultations?
A: Yes, we offer in-home consultations to help our clients visualize the finished product and choose the best designs for their space. These are by appointment. 
If you need to cancel or reschedule a consult, we ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice. If you do not provide adequate notice, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee. 

Q: Do you offer a warranty on your services?
A: Yes, we offer a one-year warranty on all of our work.

Q: Can you work with a fabric that I provide?
A: Yes, we are happy to work with any fabric that our clients provide. However, it must be brought in advance of beginning the project to ensure it is a good fit. We can also assist with fabric selection if needed.

Q: How long does the process take?
A: The length of the process varies depending on the complexity of the project and our current workload. We provide our clients with an estimated timeline at the beginning of the project and keep them updated on our progress.

Q: Do you offer pickup and delivery services?
A: Yes, we offer pickup and delivery services for our clients. Please inquire for more information.

How Do I Cancel An Order?

Orders may be cancelled within the first 12 hours an order is received. After that time, your item will have most likely been processed and is either being made or prepared for shipment. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but pride ourselves on prompt service - this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible.

 

What Is Your Return Policy?

House of Nambili stands behind the products we create. If for any reason you are unhappy with the quality of your order or believe your product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged – please contact us immediately so that we may begin the exchange process.

NO REFUNDS.

To begin the exchange/Gift Card process, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Photographic evidence of the production error or shipping damage must be provided. Depending on the defective issue with your product, we will request you to ship the merchandise back to us. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Shipping charges are non-refundable and are full responsibility of the customer.

If you decide you no longer want an item that is handmade or made-to-order, the amount paid can be returned in the form of a House of Nambili Gift Card via by email.

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
